Please also consider checking out http://www.virtualhospice.ca an interactive website that provides information and support regarding pallaitive and end of life care grief and bereavement to patients,families and health care providers. The site helps peopel understand what good quality palliative care is, helps them to navigate the health care system and provides information developed by palliative care experts from Canada. People who have used the site use words like “godsend” when describing their experience on the site. Please let people you know who are facing life limiting illness about the site.
